New Additions Make Smooth Transitions

Puppy’s early weeks are the most formative time of their lives. Puppy personalities are formed during their magical “Wonder Weeks”. You have the unique opportunity to mold your puppy into the “Dog of Your Dreams“.

Puppy training will make your dream dog a happy reality. Early puppy training quickly builds foundation dog training skills. Training young puppies will also prevent future behavioral problems, such as dog anxiety and aggression.

Wonder Weeks Puppy is our Board and Train program designed for puppies younger than 6-months. Wonder Dog and Greatest Dog in the World programs are designed for puppies both younger and older than 6 months.

Puppy Training Basics

Dog training starts as early as 8-weeks-old. House training includes puppy crate training and puppy potty training. Crate training is essential for potty training. Plus, crate training quickens the pace puppies (and their humans) sleep through the night. Crate training is a simple strategy to prevent future dog anxiety.

Puppy biting, barking, jumping and other bad manners are stopped and prevented. 

Foundation obedience skills are focus, come when called and self-control. Eye contact is essential for focus and engagement. Come on recall is a life-saving skill. Self-control includes being able to rest calmly. Our limited weekly enrollment guarantees each client pup maximum training attention.

Puppy Socialization

Early puppy socialization is critical before 6-month of age. Otherwise, problem behaviors develop, such as fear, anxiety and aggression. Puppy play and other puppy socialization activities are key benefits of our training programs. 

Our training location is 100% residential, with no kennel runs or outside cages. Puppies live in a comfy home with a professional trainer and friendly, trained dogs. Our programs are round-the-clock, immersive training, like summer camp for kids. Client dogs are always with us, practicing different skills throughout the day and night.

Social play allows for a natural “monkey see, monkey do” learning process that accelerates puppy training success. Learning by watching others is the most natural and efficient way for puppies, adult dogs and even humans to acquire new skills.

Adult dog training follows Wonder Weeks Puppy training. After pups are 6-months, we address dog leash pulling, leash reactivity, loose leash walking, off-leash training skills and more.
